Thanks for addressing the comments, [~arpitagarwal]! Looks great now, only two
nits:
* The log instance got incorrectly in {{TestHddsVolumeChecker}}.
* It will be better to clean up the dirs created in
{{TestVolumeSetDiskChecks#testOzoneDirsAreCreated}}.
