Can we also add this unit test to {{TestRouterRpc}} too?
For {{testGetContentSummaryEc()}}, can we extract the path and the EC policy
(for this last one, call it expectedECPolicy?).
Can we also leave the filesystem as is, and just make it DFS for this test
(routerDFS)?
