I had taken a look at the contracts part before writing
TestRouterSecurityManager. In current hdfs there isn't a clean contact defined
which can be used for testing. Most of the delegation token tests are part of
TestDelegationToken.java. I followed a similar model here for router. Moreover
in terms of contract, getting/renewing/cancelling are slightly different than
FS calls which manipulate the FS with/without security.
