Thanks for the ping [~jojochuang]! I don't think throwing an exception is the
right move, since it's a harmless (though unexpected) situation. I support
enhancing the log message to make it more clear what happened. I would prefer
language like "Resetting client stateId to server stateId" as opposed to the
NameNode referring to itself as "I"
