patch v2 to fix checkstyle issues.
[~anu] you are right. I brought it up to discuss if we need any special
handling of DNS names. Our DNS extension validator uses DomainValidator
(RFC1034,RFC1123) which doesn't allow local names like localhost. Seems this is
the reason {{TestSecureOzoneCluster.testSecureOmInitSuccess}} failed in jenkins.
