bq. Our DNS extension validator uses DomainValidator (RFC1034,RFC1123) which
doesn't allow local names like localhost. Seems this is the reason
TestSecureOzoneCluster.testSecureOmInitSuccess failed in jenkins.
I think that should be the right behavior, especially for certificates.
