[~elgoiri] Thanks for the review.
Reflection part of code now tries to catch Runtime exceptions for any issues in
creating an instance of secret manager to keep stack trace clean. This way
security manager does not need to depend on implementations to handle
exceptions well.
Added check for Windows in the test.
