I have a small comment, in the unit test we now have a folder within the mount
point (/mount/dir/) and a file (/mount/file).
Can we also test in a nested file (/mount/dir/file) and a nested dir with a
file (/mount/dir/dir and /mount/dir/dir/file).
I want to cover the distinction between HASH and HASH_ALL.
