Thanks for the previous comment. Changed CREATE to redirect directly to
datanode instead of namenode. One important change added is to make
"getDatanodereport" use superuser admin credentials to connect to namenode
instead of the upstream user/client.
There are couple of optimizations which we can target through another Jira as
these are not directly about webhdfs security. Have added a todo comment to
introduce a better way of handling methods that will use super user
credentials. The other is to locate a datanode which is closer to client for
create calls.
