[~msingh] Thanks for reviewing the patch! v4 patch addresses your comments.
| 4) KeyManagerImpl:1395. lets rename this to create/createFile to follow the
same naming convention as OzoneFilesystem. The same for lookupFile on line 1443
as well.
For lookupFile I was thinking of maintaining the readFile api in
OzoneClientAdapterImpl because here we are returning an input stream. The
lookup file api is returning OmKeyInfo.
