If I am catching you correct. We can build inside the RemoteMethod but still we
have to invoke each call single only since the CacheDirectiveInfo shall be
different for each invocation destination, we can't use the same remote method
for all destinations. IIUC we will get different remote methods for each dest
due to difference in the parameter CacheDirectiveInfo itself.
