Thanks for the discussion Plamen, Erik! Good point to bear in mind.
Post v007 patch to fix the failed tests, as well as findbugs warnings. The
issue was that with the new patch, ImageServlet would reject a image request if
it has too small delta (in terms of both time and txid). But a number of
existing tests rely on submitting small delta images to work. So I added a
helper flag to allow unit tests to explicitly bypass this check.
