thanks [~hexiaoqiao] for your review, I take your advice and subbmit a new
patch [^HDFS-14303-branch-2.9.011.patch] target branch-2.9
list the changes below:
a. removed #testLogAppender and another private function, move all logics to
#testScanDirectoryStructureWarn and adjust some logics.
b. the annotation is fixed in [^HDFS-14303-branch-2.010.patch] but you were
viewing older version [^HDFS-14303-branch-2.009.patch], anyway, this is fixed
in the lattest patch [^HDFS-14303-branch-2.9.011.patch] and I adjust some
comments and add a timeout annotation.
c. patch target to branch-2.9 as your advice
