I think it's less confusing to use docker-buid and docker-push. "Docker" itself
is nothing but a name of a company I think it's better to unify the name of the
two profiles and include the "action" in the name. What a "docker" profile
supposed to do? Build? Push? Inspect? Start docker containers? To avoid this
confusion I modified it the profile name to docker-build (and the name was
mentioned earlier in one comment).
The summary was not updated, sorry for the confusion.
