Until now we didn't discuss anything about krb5.conf and jaas.conf because they
are (were?) out of scope, krb5.conf is not generated with envtonconf.py. But If
you would like to include it in the scope it can be handled by parsing
krb5.conf and set the defaults based on the values of krb5.conf or jaas.conf.
Can be handled inside my proposal.
