Thanx [~hemanthboyina] for the patch.
* The new filter guess need to be linked with the DFSHealth.html *Summary*
elements too, That it directly leads to the required part.Presently clicking on
dead nodes too, lead to Datanode page with all, I guess on clicking DeadNodes
we should show only dead. Here ::

* What about having checkboxes, instead of dropDown and we can have the filter
for all states of DN's. Live,Dead, Maintenance and Decom? No issues with a drop
down but it looks quite monotonous for a UI to me.
