The 'delegation' parameter name is already used by hftp. We cannot change the
one in hftp. Otherwise, it is incompatible with earlier version. So how about
also use 'delegation' for webhdfs?
See FileContext.createSymlink(..). You just have reminded me that we do not
have createSymlink in webhdfs although this is only a 0.23 feature.
