If webhdfs and hftp use different parameter names, some users may be confused.
"delegationToken" and "delegation" look similar to me. Unless you have a big
objection, let's keep it the same. Okay?
For symlinks, I am not why createSymlink() was not added to FileSystem. It may
be due to the fact that FileContext is replacing FileSystem. The feature was
done by Eli in HDFS-245. You may want to check with him.
