[~ayushtkn] Thanks for your works. it seems that double check operations and
superuser check distributed on different method (such as
#reencryptEncryptionZone + #reencryptEncryptionZoneInt), some of them are
duplicated. Would you like to refactor it for once? +1 for other changes.
