[^HDFS-13736.005.patch] LGTM.
There is another checkstyle issue Jenkins reported (refer to
https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HDFS-Build/28148/artifact/out/diff-checkstyle-hadoop-hdfs-project_hadoop-hdfs.txt).
It seems to related with #ParameterNumber, I have no idea if it is tolerable
issue.
[~ayushtkn],[~weichiu] would you like to share some other suggestions?
