HDFS-14630 is currently only present in trunk, if there is a backport we should
do it separately and make sure it goes into other branches as well.
I'm +1 on including just including HDFS-14346 and HADOOP-16265, since
HADOOP-16265 is a bug directly caused by HDFS-14346. I believe HDFS-12085 is
actually caused by HDFS-9847, so I don't think it's appropriate to include it
here.
