I don't know why `test4tests` subsystem says it can't find new tests. I've
added new unit tests under
`hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs-native-client/src/main/native/libhdfspp/tests`.
Also, please note that the warnings generated under `cc` subsystem aren't
relevant to my changes.
