This improvement is helpful in **RBF** features testing. Example of usage: `sudo bin/hadoop org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.namenode.NNThroughputBenchmark -fs ... -op create -threads 16 -baseDir /cluster1"` ### How was this patch tested?
