IMO we should not pull/build/bundle 3rd party native bits (this goes also for
snappy that we currently can force its bundling).
We should rely on those bits being installed in the platform and the
build/runtime should fail/skip gracefully if those bits are not there.
This means that for jsvc (and snappy) developers/users should install those
bits to test/use such functionality.
