Yep, I plan to re-run these benchmarks hopefully today/tomorrow with HDFS-3020, 
HDFS-3023, HDFS-3024. My guess is that the bug fix in HDFS-3020 will make HA 
Off a bit slower (we were "cheating" before), but the other optimizations will 
make HA On a bit faster.
