Question: I'm concerned a bit over allowing different service ports for each of
the HA hosts. Ie. Should "hdfs://v1host:port/path" and
"hdfs://v2host:port/path" be equivalent? If not, how does a port number make
sense in the logical uri of "hdfs://v1:port/path"?
