Add some addtional to avoid confusing, My testing cluster using HDFSv2,Commonv2
from trunk and Mapreducev1 from 1.1.2, so I can confirm this issue is fair
scheduler caused.
but if MR is also from the trunk, then I am not sure the root cause is fair
scheduler.
