Patch looks good. It'd be easier to review if these renames were in a separate
JIRA, but I managed. There's also going to be some conflict with HDFS-5430,
it'd be nice if that could go first since rebasing after a big rename is
challenging.
* Did you want to expose the new CachePool stats in the CacheAdmin output? It'd
be nice.
* Need tests for the new CachePoolStats object, and the NN's new CacheUsed stat
