The failed test is unrelated.
TestBalancerWithNodeGroup is traced in HDFS-5580
TestFsDatasetCache: I looked into the failed log, the timeout is caused by a
race condition, luckily after HDFS-5556 committed, the race condition no longer
apply, so there should be no problem now.
