Thanks Andrew.
After merge of HDFS-5535 needs rebase of this patch.
I will post rebased patch along with nits fixed.
Regarding test failure, I tried again few times and I could reproduce the same
error. But number of failures varying between 1 and 2.
I will dig more and post if I get any results out of it.
