I saw this line. This is saying Xattrs can not be interpreted by System. But 
the xattrs with system/security name will be used only by system. So, we should 
not generically say that Xattrs can not be interpreted by system? Please 
correct me I interpreted this line wrongly :-)
Let me know if we need to change this, then I wil file a follow-up JIRA as it 
is already committed.
