The number of open files is indeed 60000, it's quite puzzling. I guess the 
number of open files is different when the failed test was run. 

Hi [~arpitagarwal], I suggest that we commit my dbg patch here that prints out 
the limit at the beginning of the test, so whenever it failed in the future, we 
can check the log to see the setting, what do you think? thanks.
