Hi [~arpitagarwal], thanks for following up. I totally agree with the priority 
change you made. Since now the INFRA-8147 is said to be fixed, I just uploaded 
the debug patch for this jira again to confirm both the number of open file 
limit and whether the test can pass.

I observed another recent failure, either the INFRA-8147 fix is not in when the 
test run, or the root cause of HDFS-6694 is different:
