As this is extending the core FS APIs
# Can you update the specification of those FS APIs to add a new attribute to a
file status
# the contract tests need to be extended too, we just need to verify that
isEncrypted returns "something" ... that could be integrated with one of the
exiting tests
This may need to be mentioned in a HADOOP- JIRA even if the patch is in here
... this is broader than just HDFS
