Hi Arpit,

I looked at the patch for HDFS-6991, and it seems to be still using a 
percentage-based scheme.  I don't think a percentage-based scheme makes sense, 
since the amount of free space you want to keep around doesn't increase as the 
size of your ramdisk goes up.  Does that makes sense?
