An absolute freespace setting does not work that well out of the box. Too high 
and we waste free space on small ramdisks. Too low and we are letting cold data 
occupy larger ramdisks and forcing newer writes to disk.

Adding an absolute upper limit to the percentage calculation would probably 
address your concerns. I'll make a change.
