Thanks [~clamb]! This new patch addresses these comments. I also reordered the
fields in .proto messages to match the classes.
[~andrew.wang] I thought about adding a separate {{getLastNonNullInode}} method
in {{INodesInPath}} but decided not to do it because the fixed {{getLastInode}}
should do the job. I created HDFS-7104 for this purpose.
