Colleagues, I just got hold to נמר פרא בברצלונה by Galyah Shekhter. (LCCN 2023530425 - OCLC #1458465053)
The title was transliterated as Namer pere be-Vartselonah. I noticed that we had the same issue with be-Folin and be-Polin. Wasn't it established that the grammatical rule does not apply to non-Hebrew words? Shouldn't it be romanized as Be-Polin and Be-Bartselonah?
