My first guess that you could apply a font replacement table (Tools -> Options -> OpenOffice.org -> Font Replacement), i.e. replace all (or just desired) fonts by the same single font, say courier. The problem is that you won't be able use the replaced fonts under any circumstances..

How do I turn off displaying font names in their own font? I want just
a plain list of font names, without the preview.
I am working on isolating a Hebrew related bug I have found with OO
643C on windows XP, and the above would help me a lot.
Also, is there anyone here monitoring bugs submitted to the bidi
component?
