On the Israeli OO site, there is an RTF documnet in Hebrew about oo Hebrew l10n.
The file opens in oo but display all character connected- no spcaes.
The file opens fine in wordpad.
to repro:
* download the rtf file from http://www.openoffice.org.il/Writer_phrase1.rtf
* open the file in windows xp wordpad.
* open it in open office
* compare
