Questions about PDF export

What level of PDF export should I see using the "pdf export" command, compared to Ms office with Acrobat 5 Me macro?
At the moment, we are not even close- we do not create proper ToUnicode tables in the PDF files (thus preventing proper searching/ copy-paste/editing of the Hebrew text in the PDF file, we do not preserve file info, we do not automaticly turn headings into PDF bookmarks, as well as loosing live hyper links inside the documents.


I was wondering how many of these to file as bugs (except for the ToUnicode, which is clearly a bug which creates rather useless PDF files)- is there any document that states what level of PDF support should we have?
