All over the applciation, everywhere Hebrew is an an editble application widget
(combo box, text area, input field etc.) it uses a broken Hebrew font.

I would expect it to use the system application font- or at least a proper
readble font.

To Repro:
example 1: start the memo wizard. Look at the drop down menu for date. See the
horrible font.

Example 2: Edit document properties, and enter Hebrew text
