Saw this in the memo wizard- I suspect that you might be able to find this in
other places as well.
1) OO --> File --> Auto pilot
2) select memo
3) go thrugh the wizard. Make sure that enter date is marked. Notice that many
of the date entris have Hebrew. Choose one of them (I picked full date with the
full month name in Hebrew).
4) finish the wizard
result:
in the final memo template, the date is in English, althugh I selected one in Hebrew
Expected: Date should be in Hebrew (but not in the Hebrew calender)

Double clicking the date field to edit it, shows a list of date formats: none
contain Hebrew
