While installing OpenOffice(both hebrew and
english), the installation asks for the Java Plugin. Why isn't java included
with the installation as an optional component? both the OpenOffice and Java are
developed by Sun, so their is not supposed
to be any problem with licensing issues.
Even
in a case where their is a problem adding Java to the installation, it will
probably be a good idea to add a link to the java download, so users don't need
to start looking for it.
