I like the way this question is posed: anybody should be (theoretically) able
to build the release files, after all it's an automated process. Practically
only somebody with Drupal/login access can upload them to the official site,
that rules out most people (e.g. me).
Whoever does it I urge them that if they need any last-minute source or
configuration tweaks, they should commit those to the source repository, so
that later the release is *exactly* reproducible from a certain repository
revisions.
Also note there is a bug on the downloads page, the link to the file
HelenOS-0.4.3-arm32-gta02.bin has wrong description
'HelenOS-0.4.3-arm32-gta02.boot' (the name of the file itself is correct, but
the description of the link is incorrect). Btw. that .bin comes from the
convention to name uBoot images uImage.bin.
