Okay, I got a solution: If new cf files arrive from the repository I will first run cf-agent via cf-runagent to upgrade the new cf files and get a error because the host wanted to execute them before they arrived. After that I run cf-agent via cf-runagent a second time immediately and now it executes the new cf files. It's a little trick and you get an error message. I don't know if you have a better solution. I would appreciate a better solution.
