The recipes in the examples we have are relatively simple to understand once one understands the basics of CF's syntax and structure. This latter part is the hardest to grasp. As we often say here CF is not a programming language. This makes it harder to understand. The association between bundles, promises and body parts is difficult to grasp. I wrote my tutorial chiefly to help me learn this as I found the original documentation very hard to understand. The current level of documentation is quite good.
