I'm using it in almost the exact same scenario you are. Debian 6, amd64, IPv6 only. My clients and server have all bootstrapped properly, and everything appears to be functioning normally The only substantive difference I can see is that I'm using the cfengine-community pre-built binary packages, version 3.2.1.
