RE: [h-e-w] latest prebuilt Emacs for Win

There is no shortage of free unzippers. Having used 7-zip I prefer the user 
interface of IZArc http://www.izsoft.dir.bg/ . However for uncompressing 
gzips I still find the MSYS shell and gunzip the easiest, before then using 
IZArc to handle the TAR.
