[h-e-w] Ediff does not show differences with EmacsW32 v1.06

Hi,

I have a problem when using Emacs and Ediff on XP. Ediff does not show any differences between two files (or directories..).
The version of ediff (that seems to be som kind of command file) is the one that is supplied with the EmacsW32 software.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.
